While leader of the Opposition Dr Ibohalbi proposed a privileged motion to discuss issue of Special Security Guard (SSG) personnel frisking a Cabinet Minister, NCP's L Ibomcha informed that House about a travel agency owner missing from home since April 10 .
These issues were brought up during zero hour in the ongoing Assembly session today.
Expressing that SSG personnel stationed at the CM's bungalow frisking a Cabinet Minister who came to attend a Cabinet meeting was not only disrespectful to the Minister but an affront to all the people's representatives, Dr Ibohalbi drew the Speaker's attention that a privilege motion on the issue be accorded top priority.
In his presentation, L Ibomcha stated that whereabouts of transport operator N Ibomcha of Singjamei Waikhom Leikai remains unknown after the individual left home on April 10 .
N Ibomcha is said to be the owner of Golden Travels, Wahengbam Leikai.
