During the midnight service on December 31 at Kangpokpi Christian Church, the gathering led by Church Pastor Rev J Lunkim prayed for Chunglienlal Singsit just before the clock struck twelve and the Church members celebrated New Year 2022 .
At the event, Rev J Lunkim said that the act of such humiliation and ill-treatment upon missionary Chunglienlal Singsit was totally against Article 25 of the Indian Constitution.
He continued that the Government must ensure such violations of the Constitution do not happen again in the future while appreciating the missionary for his strong will and faith to tolerate the injustice in the name of God.
