KM Blooming English School, Khangabok has been adjudged as the best school at the 7th State Level Talent Hunt Scholarship Competitive Examination organised by ETA Social Helpline, Nagamapal Soram Leirak.
At an awards presentation ceremony held today at GM Hall, the Khangabok institution was honoured with the Konthoujam Tombi Memorial award with Md Rami Raja of the same school conferred with the Dr Okram Nabadwip memorial best student award.
Chaoba Thingnamcha and Jinendra Maibam were jointly awarded with the Yensenbam Kerani memorial photo journalist award at the occasion graced by the presence of Lecturer (retd) Leikangbam Raghumani Singh of Ch Iboyaima Higher Secondary School, Senior Citizens' forum president Ningthoujam Benoy and State ICDS Cell Programme Officer of the Department of Social Welfare Manoharmayum Ranjana Devi as the chief guest president and guest of honour respectively.
The two photo journalists were part of an international photography tour team that scaled the Himalayan ranges recently.
Speaking at the occasion, the dignitaries exhorted the students to strive for more excellence and to contribute their mite in overall development of Manipur.
