Discipline, quality education key to reformation, says Nemcha Kipgen

The best and the only sustainable key for reformation of society as well as oneself is through discipline and quality education, asserted Nemcha Kipgen, MLA 50-Kangpokpi Assembly Constituency adding that discipline is drastically lacking everywhere in the State.
Nemcha was speaking at the inaugural function of Keithelmanbi Youth Association Dais at Upper Playground and opening ceremony of the 10th Ward Wise Sports, 2014 at Keithelmanbi organized by Keithelmanbi Youth Association.
The function was graced by Ngamthang Haokip, Minister IFC, Printing&Stationery, Govt of Manipur; Haokholal Hangshing,Chairman, ADC Sadar Hills and Nemcha Kipgen, MLA 50-Kangpokpi AC as chief guest, guest of honour and functional president respectively.
Speaking at the occasion, IFC Minister, Ngamthang Haokip said, "No Unity No Development" while adding that various development projects are coming up in Sadar Hills with the post creation of SDO, SDC for Champhai Sub-Division under Sadar Hills.
Ngamthang Haokip inaugurated the Dais of Keithelmanbi Youth Association after the end of the biggest and largest ever "Lenkhom Lamkol"(a social gathering dance) among the tribal community particularly the Kukis in the state.
More than 600 individual from Ward No.1 to 11 of Keithelmanbi village participate in the dance where the guests also took part in the dance.
While Nemcha Kipgen hoisted the KYA flag Haokholal Hangshing opened the 10th Ward Wise Sports 2014 of Keithelmanbi Village, one of the largest villages of the tribal community in the State.
Different memorandum has been submitted to the guests by Keithelmanbi Youth Association.
The ceremony was also attended by Lunthang Haokip, EM, ADC Sadar Hills; Lamkholen Kipgen, Member ADC Sadar Hills; Ngahchong Kipgen, ZEO Kpi; Gogou Kipgen, SDC (Hq), ADC Kpi; Lhingjanei Kipgen, Miss Kut 2013; various Church leaders, village chiefs and civil bodies.
Displayed of several Kuki Cultural dance marked the event while various local artistes enthralled the gatherings.
