Radhakumar's short story collection 'Meekup amatang' released

Imphal, November 10 2016:
Kangjam Radhakumar's short stories collection Meekup Amatang was released today at a solemn function held at Kangla Fort.
Sahitya Akademi Awardee Khumanthem Prakash Singh who graced the function as chief guest described Radhakumar as a writer of his own style.
Manipur University Culture Vice Chancellor Prof N Khagendra spoke in length of the creativity of the writer who was searching for a new narrative style.
Sahitya Akademi Awardee Elangbam Dinamani Singh who graced as guest of honour spoke about the Kangjam family who had contributed a lot in the promotion of Manipuri literature.

Eminent personalities like Longjam Joychandra, Jyotirindra Luwang, Kulachandra M Them, W Rajen, BS Rajkumar, Dr Silaramani and Dr Nahakpam Aruna spoke about their analytical reviews of content of the book.
The book that printed in both Bengali and Meitei Mayek scripts at a printing firm in Kolkata, contains 35 short stories.
Kangjam Radhakumar who completed his Master's degree in English Literature earlier wrote a short story collection titled Asiagi Mang, and a travelogue called Meetyeng gi Wangmada in 2010 .
