Relief materials donated for displaced people, medical camp held

In view of the large number of dis-placed people taking shelter in relief camps, many organisations and philanthropists continued to provide essential items to relief camps set up in different areas.
Keishamthong MLA Sapam Nishikant flagged off a programme of Team Nishikant to provide essential items to relief camps Tuesday at Sega Road Thouda Bhabok Leikai.
Similarly, Langthabal MLA Karam Shyam launched a donation programme organised by Langthabal Kendra Peace Committee.
Public Hospital and Research Institute, Hatta conducted free medical camp for the displaced people at Pangei Yangdong multipurpose community hall as Shree Shree Gourgobind Girls' College provided monetary aid and clothes to relief camps set up at the college and at Sajor Leikai High School.
Under the supervision of Sagolband MLA Rk Imo, Peace & Relief Committee Sagol-band extended edible items, medicines and clothes to relief camps set up at Bishnupur, Ningthoukhong, Keibul Lamjao, Santhong, Moirang Khunou, Kumbi and Ithai, while International Meeteis Forum reached to residents of relief camps opened at Senjam Chirang, Mayanglangjing, Kadangband and Phayeng.
Similarly, All Manipur Art & Culture Gov-ernment Employees Association provided edible items and mosquito nets to Heingang Kontha Makha Leikai Model Club Relief Camp, Mayang Langjing Community Hall Relief Camp and Phumlou Keiroi Primary School Relief Camp.
Neinasang Club along with women of Tera Loukhrakpam Leikai extended clothes, edible items and utensils to relief camps set up at SGUC Club, Youth Welfare Club, Saiton Heiyaikon, Chingmei, Moirang College, Yumkhaibam Mandop, Sunu Siphai and Nganukon.
Students' Welfare Committee also pro-vided clothes, utensils and edible items to relief camp set up at Kumbi Awang High School and Peace & Relief Committee Top Siphai, Yumnam Huidrom & Thiyam Leis-hangk hong extended relief materials to relief camps at Litanpokpi, Pukhao Terapur Makha Leikai, Peace Ideal Club Pukhao Ter-apur Mayai Leikai, Pukhao Terapur Awang Leikai community hall, Cosmopolitan High School Chingkhu, Pangei Yangdong, Sekmai Kaojeng Leima, Kanto Makha Leikai, Kanto Awang Leikai, Phumlou, Senjam Chirang Lai Haraopham and Mayang Langjing Taning.
Salaicha Pibarel Punshi Marup (SPPM) pro-vided edible items and other relief materials to relief camps at Yairipok Yambem High School and PHC Yairipok Yambem, while Salai Apunba Nupi Lamjing Lup (SANULAL) at relief camps set up at Moirang Khunou Mamang Leikai, Sabal, Thanga !thing, Youth Development Organisation Mayang Langjing, Ningombam, Senjam Chirang and Koutruk.
Leishemlon Marup provided essential materials to relief camps set up at Santhong Guide Union Club Moirang Khunou and Santhong Youth Welfare Association Moi-rang Khunou, while International Mutum Trust extended edible items and medicines to relief camps at Yumnam Khunou Iputhou Puthiba Laibung, Lamlai Mayai Leikai, Tula Junior School Awang Sekmai and Koutruk Lai Haraopham.
Eehul foundation, Unique foundation, Women's Cultural and Development Society, Sustainable Centre for Development and Culture, Naharol Development Foundation, Empowerment of Culture and Rural Devel-opment, Foundation for Rural Community Empowerment, Asha Foundation for Culture and Development, Women's Worth Organization, Development for Needy Welfare Organization, Hope and Cultural Alive Ma-nipur and Kangla Accupressure Alternative Therapy Treatment & Research and Training Center provided essential items and clothes to relief camps set up at Langjing Achouba, Naorem Birahari College, Khundrakpam Makha and Mamang Leikai, Santhong Awang and Makha Leikai, Heiyaikol camp, Kwakta Sandong and Mayang Langjing Taning.
The Peaceful Club Khurai Ningthoubung Leikai provided relief materials to camps set up at Kanto Sabal Leikai and Khurkhul Awang Leikai, while Young Progressive Club, Takyel Kolom Leikai donated clothes and other essential items to relief camps set up at Khuman Lampak Youth Hostel, Phaknung and Moirang.
CYWA and CDO Club jointly donated clothes, water, medicines, sanitary pads and others to relief camps set up at Khundrakpam Public School, Sambei Youth Club, Chingkhu Cosmopolitan High School, Naorem Birahari College, Pangei Yangdong, YLL Khundrak-pam, Bright Career Academy School and Kongpal Thongam Leikai, while Angom Leikai Union Club provided essential items to relief camp at Angom Leikai Primary School, Litanpokpi.
Sunflower Club Narankonjin also provided relief aid to relief shelter set up at Wangoo Panchayat.
Under the supervision of Hiyanglam MLA Dr Radheshyam, workers of the MLA provid-ed edible items to displaced victims taking shelter at Langmeidong Mamang Leikai, Langmeidong Maning Leikai, Laimanai, Lamjao Mayai Leikai, Hiyanglam Terapishak, Thounaojam, Yangdong, Elangkhanpok-pi, Thongjao, Nongmaikhong and Arong Khunou area.
Singjamei Apunba Lup provided essential items to camp set up at Naorem Birahari College and Pangei Yangdong community hall, while Friends Union Club Khongnang Pheidekpi extended relief materials to camps at Moirang Ibudhou Thangjing complex and Meira Sporting Union, Kwakeithel Ingkhol Lamhang Leirak to relief camps in Khun-drakpam, Dolaithabi, Yairipok Yambem, Moirang and Tairenpokpi areas.
International Society for Krishna Con-sciousness also provided relief items at Moi-rang, Moirang Khunou and Kwakta camps.
Federal Students' Organisation, Kanglei-pak (FESOK), Patsoi Pat Women's Welfare Association Patsoi Part 2 Awang Leikai and PADA Club also donated cash and clothes to relief camps.
Manipur State Co-operative Union presi-dent L Tompishak extended edible items to relief camps at Leitanpokpi, Pukhao Terapur, Dolaithabi, lkou and Sapermeina.
