An FIR was lodged against the culprits who committed the crime in Maurice Nagar Police Station.
It is very unfortunate that such attack took place within 200 m radius of the University of Delhi and the Maurice Nagar Police Station and, therefore, the students especially from the north-east studying in the University feel insecure inside the University Campus, said a press release issued by MSAD.
MSAD, therefore, resolved to demand immediate punishment of the culprits according to law and to give medical compensation to the victims.
It also appealed to tighten security so that students would feel secure around the university campus and such kind of incident does not happen further in Delhi.
"MSAD also stands to face any threat, if given, to the victims or anyone related to them during the case", it added.
