Ram Muivah spells out vision for Ukhrul

Ukhrul, November 23 2021:
The NPF intending candidate from 44 Ukhrul AC, Ramnganing Muivah also popularly known as Ram Muivah has spelled out his vision for Ukhrul district.
Ram Muivah expressed his desire to bring development and progress in Ukhrul district while addressing a book release function at 25 Degree North, Phungreitang, Ukhrul on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Ram Muivah highlighted his reasons for joining electoral politics and stated that the district needs to establish more educational institutions to provide quality education to the younger generation.
He stressed on the need for more basic physical infrastructure development in the district to create and provide income generation opportunities to local youths.
The intending candidate from 44 Ukhrul AC also spoke on women empowerment and tourist destination centre in Ukhrul for sustainable economy.
While recalling his 35 years as a bureaucrat, Ram Muivah mentioned that even after retirement he still had the burning desire to serve the people.
He further urged the people of Ukhrul to give him the chance to represent them and work towards his vision of a developed Ukhrul district.
It might be mentioned that Ram Muivah is currently seeking an NPF party ticket for the upcoming State Assembly elections.
Fr Gabriel Parish Priest, Sacred Heart Church, Hungpung Ukhrul released the book titled, "Mission Ukhrul, Know your Candidate" written by Ram Muivah in the presence Yaruihor Hungyo, manager The Aja Daily, Shimzingwo, Dr Felix, Chihanpam Sareo, NPF party workers and well wishers.
