RIMS' special ward reopened

The old Special Wards with 20 suites and rooms of RIMS Hospital, Imphal were reopened today after full renovation and furnishing.
Director Prof S Sekharjit Singh addressing a function today said a few rooms will be reserved as sick-rooms for students and staff of RIMS and the rest will be allotted to paying patients.
He also spoke briefly on cleanliness, proper maintenance and fulfilling the needs of the ailing people.
Prof Ch Arunkumar Singh, Medical Superintendent and Prof N Damayanti Devi, Chairperson, Hostel Development Committee & Member, Hospital Improvement Committee, RIMS Hospital, Imphal were also on the dais and they highlighted the benefits that the re-opening of special ward will bring to the students and employees of RIMS and the public in general.
Heads of Departments, faculty members, officials, College of Nursing Principal, Nursing Superintendent and other nursing staff were also present on the occasion.
