COCOMI continues protest; Alert meeting, sit-in-protest held at many places

Coordinating Committee on Manipur Integrity (COCOMI) continue to stage protest by organising alert meeting and sit-in demonstration demanding the disclosure of the contents of agreement of the Naga peace talks.
The COCOMI also cautioned the Union government against taking any decision that is detrimental to interest of Manipur, public alert meetings and sit in protests were staged at Top Khewa Bazar, today morning from 11 am to 2pm organised by Coordinating Body of Khurai and Top Awang Leikai Meira Paibi.

Speaking to the media by Coordinating Body of Khurai, Executive member, Bon Khurai and S.Roshan Meitei appealed the people of Manipur to stop any kind of entertainment programme and to be aware of the present situation to safeguard our territorial integrity of Manipur.
He added that they would stand in solidarity to any decision taken by COCOMI for the safeguard of territorial integrity of Manipur.
He further said that Indian Government should also love Manipur as the government love like criminal NSCN-IM. Sit - in demonstration were staged at Paona Keithel near Friends Talkies, Keishampat Leimajam Leikai, Nambol Naorem, Ideal club Kshetrieikai, Konthoujam, Churchandpur Meetei Leikai and Yaiskul Police lane.
