Dr SM Ayub aka Dr Md Ayub Ali was told that he may send his reply on WhatsApp if he finds it difficult to send a hard copy, being confined in quarantine centre.
Meanwhile, Health Department has received another report of the COVID-19 positive man from Lilong taking X-ray at Escent Diagnostic Centre, Imphal East.
As such, the department has initiated due process to pull up all technicians of the diagnostic centre who took X-ray of the man from Lilong.
