HSLC Examination 2020 toppers share thoughts and aspirations

Imphal, June 15 2020:
Rahul Naorem, a student of Catholic School, Canchipur who bagged 3rd position in the 2020 HSLC examination expressed desire to become a doctor.
He scored 572 in the examination conducted by Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) .
Born to Naorem Jibol Singh and Athokpam Shantibala Devi of Arapati Mayai Leikai on February 1, 2005, Rahul has one younger brother.
His father is a teacher at Lilong Higher Secondary School while his mother is the Headmistress of Tham-baleima High School, Iram Siphai.
Speaking to The Sangai Express, Rahul conveyed that he used to study for about 8 hours a day while preparing for the HSLC examination and had also attended private tuition for every subject.

Saying that he would pursue his further studies at Xtra Edge School, Ghari, Rahul added that he would give his best efforts so that he can clear medical entrance test to become a doctor.
"I always wanted to become a doctor since childhood to serve the society where I was raised," the 3rd position holder remarked and credited his success to his parents and Father and teachers of Catholic School, Canchipur.
Commenting about the problem witnessed by student community in the State, Rahul pointed out that frequent imposition of bandh and blockades disrupt academic atmosphere in the State.
The young student also prayed for the experts to find a cure for the COVID-19 soon so that normalcy could be brought back in the world.
The parents of Rahul Naorem also expressed happiness on their son bagging the 3rd position in the HSLC examination.
