After handing over the key to Rockson, Rameshore left the hospital before the clock struck 6 am .
However, when Rockson went to Nando's room and pulled away his quilt, Nando was not found on the bed.
It appeared that some clothes were arranged like a sleeping man and they were covered by another cloth.
Immediately, Rockson informed jail authority about the disappearance of Nando and many top ranking police officers arrived at the hospital.
In the meantime, warders Kh Arundas and Yamkhothong to whom Rameshore should hand over the key of Nando's shackle arrived at the hospital, according to information culled from the spot.
But one patient who has been undergoing treatment of a fractured leg in the same ward negated the claim that the disappearance of Nando was realised at 6 am.
