The school is managed by the Headmaster in-charge.
Kumbi AC MLA had come to inaugurate the school which was reconstructed by the villagers.
He came and gave so many assurances.
He was accompanied by Bishnupur ZEO during the next to take stock of the situation.
However, no developmental steps has been taken up till now," he added.
The school has just three teachers.
Later, SMC employed two youths from the village.
Requests to Education(S) Director and ZEO concerned failed to yield positive result.
One of the guardians Leishangthem Ongbi Indubala said, "We have heard news where a school was constructed but has no students so teachers posted in the school would engaged themselves in agriculture activities.
Here, we have a school which is in a very bad condition but with more than 70 students.
The sad part is that there is no adequate teachers and this is not how the Government should work" .
