NSUC extends wishes to students

The Naga Students' Union, Chandel has extended best wishes to all the candidates who are appearing for the HSLC and HSSLC examinations 2013 .
The union has also appealed the candidates, invigilators and officials concerned not to indulge in any form of unfair means and impersonation.
The union would keep strict vigil and not tolerate such malpractices, said a press release.
It added that NSUC had banned organising of concerts, bandhs and any kind of agitations during exam period in totality which may cause distraction and disturbance to the students and general public.
It also urged the business community not to hike prices of commodities taking advantage of the exam season.
Moreover, the union also urged Electricity Department for uninterrupted power supply and PHED for drinking water.
Meanwhile, the union has also disowned the press release published in some sections of the media on February 24 which demanded transfer of EE, DRDA Chandel.
The union said that allegations levelled against the EE is baseless and he is a dutiful officer as investigated by the executive council of the union, it added.
