First MBA batch inducted into MTU

Imphal, November 17 2021:
The induction programme of the first MBA batch of Manipur Technical University (MTU), Takyelpat was held today at Polytechnic auditorium of the university.
Dr Bhabeswar Tongbram, vice chancellor MTU, said MTU was established in 2016 which has great many role to play in shaping the future of the next generations of youths.
He added that all of us have equal responsibilities towards achieving this goals.
India has a huge pool of resource with one of the most important being human resource.
India has about 261 million youth population who are aged between 18 to 29 and having a huge number of youth population is one of the largest pool of resource that will propelled the Nation in moving forth in all developmental front, he added.
In order to achieve this, the youths need to be provided proper education, skill, knowledge, thinking capcity, creativity, he added.
European and other Asian countries are already facing problems of aging population and lack of youth and such opportunities should be seized by the youths of the Nation, he added.
Regarding the New Education Policy 2020, Dr Bhabeswar Tongbram said NEP 2020 is an updated policy that clearly fits the changing world around us which has been framed after proper research and analysis of the RTE Act 1991 .
The programme was also attended by Keisham Biju, assistant registrar MTU and Dr Moirangthem Dayananda, MD Medline as presidium members.
