Imphal, July 07 2011:
While condemning strongly to the purported 'quit notice' of the so called 'Naga Crusaders', to certain community from the hill districts, the Naga Peoples' Union, Imphal (NPUI) said such quit notice to any community is not acceptable at all.
President of the Union, M Ngaranmi said it was quite shocking to learn such development in the media about the quit notice to the Meiteis from the hill districts.
In a press release, M Ngaranmi said nobody knows about the existence of such organisation called 'Naga Crusaders'.
The NPUI president said if at all such organisation exists then those people behind such organisation do not possess the human being's mindset and human sense.
The NPUI then terms the quit notice to a particular community from certain areas as done by vested interest people to create disharmony in the society.
The Naga Peoples' Union also said that such organisation as that of the Naga Crusaders if it really exists, should not be allowed to penetrate in the society.
