CM's Health for All launched at Sagolband

National Health Mission launched CM's Health for All scheme today for Sagolband AC at an event conducted at Kongbrailatpam Mandap, Sagolband Tera Amudon Akham Leikai wherein scheme-related information and awareness was provided to the people.
Speaking as the chief guest of the event, MLA RK Imo stated that people are habituated to getting medical check ups unless they have a medical issue.
However with the launch of CM's Health for All scheme in October of 2021, it has been made possible to prevent and take precaution against diseases with the facilities provided by the scheme.
He remarked that if a large number of people can take advantage of this scheme then it would bring positive changes with regards to the health of people.
He informed that the benefits of schemes like CMHT and Ayushman Bharat Scheme will be visible only after a few years but it is upto the people to ensure their success.
RK Imo further informed that dedicated ASHA workers and department officials will commence door-to-door medical check ups across 4 wards of Sagolband AC.
The event was also attended by Dr S Sucheta, Joint Director CMHA as president and Dr Y Premchandra, State Nodal Officer, CMHA as guest of honour.
Medical kits and smartphones were distributed to ASHA workers as part of the event.
