Wishes Existent
Aheibam Loyanganba Meitei *
That flash sight wake me up,
Oh! It was a dream,
Hazy eye saw my ceiling,
Anticipate what I saw in my dream.
I recall her words "dreams are dreams'', wishes in genuine,
Staring at my spinning fan,
How fast I creep into my dream again,
Flipping eyelashes shut me in my world.
I feel the touch of the icy breeze,
Words of silence that let me unforgettable,
The dew drops like tears I wish to wipe forever,
Long to snoop for the heart waiting for me.
Heading towards hope of destination,
Competence of life becomes worth,
Even autumn never fail to pass one's life,
Shattering leaves reminds life revoke sorrow greeting spring.
The river dries to impede,
Tides fall short to reach the beach,
I need your plunk to get the wings of flight,
The wavy mountains make life a rippling journey.
Early morning yielding the daylight,
Dragging me out of my world,
Feeling to be existent, in the offing for togetherness,
Folding to the climbing east, I pray my fate to my hope.
