SOME STEPS TO FORMATION OF THE CLUB Step-1 Start an enrolment drive. Ensure that do not leave out the poorest of the poor. Each member should contact 4-5 youths and motivate to the join the club. Only honest and dedicated persons should be brought in. Informally, the leadership starts taking shape. Step-2 Election of the office bearers: Once the club is formally organized and enough members and club leaders for systematic functioning of the club. It must be noted that members need about a week to decide who should be the right person for holding different positions before going in for election. This is an important task and care must be taken by the members that only genuine, dedicated and hard-working persons should be chosen. At least three posts, in the initial stages, should be dedicated upon: 1) President 2) Secretary 3) Treasurer They form small executive committee. At a later stage, four elected members of the club can be added. In addition, some elders and important persons should be kept at members of separate committee Advisory Committee whose function is to advise and held the Executive Committee. An Organizing Committee is therefore in order. Once have broken the activity down into the various jobs to be done. Usually such a committee includes some or all of the following members.

Every community has great reserves of talent, creativity, goodwill and enthusiasm all of these can be tapped. Step-3 Frame a Constitution/Memorandum of the Club. This must be discussed and made known to every members of the club so that they have a clear understanding of the objectives, roles and responsibilities.
