Sales Executive
Salary Package:
Rs 4000/ Per Month* + Travelling allowance + Commission for each sales generated.
* During the probation period of 6 months, will be revised thereafter (or even before the probation period ends, depending on the performance) depending on the performance of the sales executive.

Location:
Imphal, but the job will involve a lot a travelling to rural and remote areas of Manipur.
Summary of Position:
Primary responsibility of the Sales Executive will be to conduct sales and marketing related activities to spread awareness of Mangaal's products and solutions among those who needs it resulting in increased sales, and of course increased impact.

Mangaal has set for itself the mission of "sustainable energy products and services available, accessible and affordable to all – especially the underserved population living in remote areas with very unreliable power supply and those who continue to be off-the-grid".
Mangaal aims to:
- Carry out the business of providing energy solutions – supply, installation and maintenance of various sustainable energy related products and technologies – to areas where there are no reliable solutions/alternatives for power or electricity needs.
- Provide regulatory, financial and government policy related consulting to spread awareness of the various policies and financial innovations and models so as to make these energy solutions more accessible to the poor and needy.
- Conduct research and development, and related activities to drive innovation in the sustainable energy sector.
- Direct Sales to individuals and institutions who needs a good solution to their power problems.
- Spreading awareness about Mangaal's products through workshops, seminars and other events.
- Come up with more strategies to reach out and connect with target customers and implement the same.
- Working with Mangaal's Business Associates, training/helping them reach out to people.
- Any graduate degree, B-Tech/BBM/BBA/PGDBM/MBA degrees preferred.
- Previous sales experience a necessity, preferable in the field of solar products.
- Good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Ms Office.
- Own Vehicle.
