The long term vision of the government shall bring the magnitude of
development of the Federal Government. But, the impoverished plan of the
government on the parts of the education, technology, health, science,
communication, information technology, employment, training, environment,
forest, unattended grievances of the people of the tribal Societies, food, personal
and property security of the federal states and the union should be discussed,
so as to safeguard the policy of the government, as well as, to transform the
policy into application for the lay back societies, into the under privileged blocks
of North East India.
But, to repair the economic fabrics in the present societies found to be
precluded and incapable governance, to meet the decentralized, descending
federalism incorporating the Union policy while making transparency into the
culture of development is primary need for both the Centre and the States or of the Union Territories.
Therefore, to join hand economic sanitisation and sensitization, and
awareness of economic culture will able to guide the tribal communities in the
North East, will strengthen the Federal Administration, which is in the hands of
the leaders of the nation.
"By the lime the non-recognizable authorities in the form of separate entities,
administering themselves or trying to administer the people with the muscle
power, without being concemed with the constitution should be invited by the
government, when the policy of the vast government would be fabricating for
practical transformation. Rather, aggresive against the existing government,
indeed, necessary to institute a plausible ideology for the tender thoughts of the
youths of the region, who are in dilemma, whom to be safeguarded by the
influence of the constitutional education, not by the gun."
Because, misleds are
not aware of the struggle of administration, which of the outlay programs in the
struggle is very essential to infuse into the minds of the non-recognised
organisations, who are aggresSive over the administration, unknowingly. Because
to realise democracy in the undemocratic acts committed by illegal organisations,
unknowingly, have to previlege by the administration, so that, education for the
youth can be appropriated, in the tribal inhabited province of the East India.
At the last pen I would suggest the authorities of the Institutions to have
proper initiatives to improve the political, social, economic education by sharing
the policy of the government and vice-versa, rather government has to invite
the Institutional authorities, so that educational provision of the states can not
by pass the Institutions.
Thanking you all for a democratic discussion, which will share the Institutional thoughts. -

EPITOME
It prelude of chronology of Tribalism, Demography, Democracy and
Federalism; henceforth characters of the regional prongs are matters of
indocrinograph cultures of the remote and indigenous societies, where, the
infatuated peoples were fighting for existence; where again progress of the
indigenous people could not make the way out to exposure, due to admixture of
lack of communication and the tough terrain of either in the water or in the
dense forest, or in the mountainous contours. '
In the mean time, the East Jndia Company had to manage the strange
situations in the strenuous expeditions of the matured civil officers and the military
officers, engaged to pullout the ravageous cultures, due to either of
Mohammadans occupation or due to the helpless situations in the region.
However, the East India Company had run-over the hard climbs and hurdles
with the strong nerves of the civilised, well equipped British Empire.
British might, indeed had the journey of the tough mission, which were
indescribables in the pieces of papers. The contributions of tile British Empire
shall ever remember in the province, where the communications all around,
from west to east, from north to south had been loomed for use of generations.
But, to draw the pen picture of the Tribals of the East relating democracy
cannot give satisfaction to the intellectuals bouquet at once, with the limited
collections and limited records of the poor knowledged person.
Perhaps, the satisfaction may not get by now, but may get a thread end, to
begin with culture of Ethno-Politico, Socio-Cultural Short Story with the small
pieces of literatures.
I had discussed the valuable accounts of the "History of Assam Riffles" authored by Col. LW: Shakespear, the "Indian Constitution" and the "Imperial
Gazetteer of India" to compose the paper nomenclatured as "Tribal Demography in East India in the rim of Democratic Federalism".
