Treat for disabled at Sangai fest
The Telegraph | Ngangbam Indrakanta | Imphal, Nov. 29:
Around 20 physically challenged people were given the opportunity to enjoy the Manipur Sangai Festival on the penultimate day of the festival.
The programme, organised by The Spastic Society, Manipur and the Manipur Tourism Forum, guided the physically challenged people to the stalls at the Hafta Kangjeibung and were treated to a feast, specially organised for them, at City Convention Centre, here today.
