The Hyperrealist
- Deep from the Soul -
K. Radhakumar *
The modern night blues:
The night longs for the light.
The summer morning blues:
The day cries for the shade.
The Milky Way flows across the blue sky;
The moon shines
And the stars twinkle
In the day sky.
An owl hoots nearby.
The lone sun
Adorns the night sky.
The day runs into the night
And the night runs into the day.
There are wheels within wheels
In the marriage of the two
And also in the divorce of the two –
You never really know
Where the two meet
Or when the two part.
Time and place
Ah, a figment of one's imagination!
'Do you know what life is?'
'Hell, no. I don't.'
What is is what is not
And what is not is what is.
Reality is imagination
And imagination reality.
