THE INDIAN NAVY

Applications are invited from unmarried Male Candidates for Enrollment as Sailors for Artificer Apprentice (AA) - 126th Batch. Course Commencing 03 August 2009.

Eligibility Conditions:
Age : Candidates to be born between 01 August 1989 1989 to 31 July 1992 (both dates inclusive)

Educational Qualifications : 55% or more marks in aggregate in 10+2/equivalent examination with complusary subjects Physics and Mathematics : optional subjects Chemistry/ Biology/ Computers.

Pay : The Artifice Apprentices Basic Pay Band is Rs.5200-20200, Grade Pay @Rs.2000/- plus MSP @Rs. 2000/- plus Group Pay @Rs.1400/-

Selection Criteria : Selection of recruits is based on the order of merit on their performance in Written test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in the Medical Examinations.

How to Apply: Application Forms, in accordance with the prescribed format, and complete in all respects should be sent through Ordinary Post only with the type of entry, choice of centre and percentage of marks in 10+2 is to be clearly written on top of the envelope containing the application.

Envelope should be of White colour with attested documents, two self-addressed envelopes of size 22x10 cms with Rs.10/- stamp affixed on one envelope to the following address:
