We would like you to seek your support in adding visual designers to N!MO team. This is to meet new business needs of Product Strategy team.

Requirement details are as follows:

1) Visual Designer

Job Description

The role of a Visual designer is highly creative in nature. Visual designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, illustrating, presenting and implementing themes, graphics, icons etc for mobile phone interfaces in accordance to the User Experience concept/theme.

Visual designer will be working very closely with the User Experience designer to absorb the UX concept/theme and will be responsible for conceptualizing, illustrating, presenting and implementing themes, graphics, icons etc. fitting the UX concept/theme.

Visual designer will also work with Visual Effect artist to convey the design intent, story line, and visual design theme to the VE artist make sure the delightful translation as per the UX concept/theme. He/She must be perseverate, hardworking and flexible to adapt to the business needs and opportunities.

Visual designer must have impressive sketching skills and hands-on knowledge of visual design methodology like story boarding, wireframe making, illustration and animation etc.

Essential Skills

* Maters/Bachelors degree/diploma in Design, Commercial/Fine Arts or other related design disciplines.
* Excellent conceptualization ability.
* Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite and other necessary software.
* Experience and exposure in the field of User Experience design, Commercial arts, Web Design, Advertisement, Print Media or Industrial design is a huge plus.
* Exposure to 3DS max/Maya/Rhino is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
* Attention to detail and thoroughness of approach.
* Ability to execute within tight schedule and business constraints.
* Ability to adapt to the business dynamics.

2) Visual Effect Artist

Job Description

The role of a VE artist requires like is very high levels of visualization ability and implementation skills. Ideal Candidate has to be extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other necessary software required for creating delightful visual effects.

VE artist will be taking the design intent, story line, visual design theme from Visual designers & User Experience designers and translate it into animation (Flash/AE) with life like visual effects. He/She must be perseverate, hardworking and flexible to adapt to the business needs and opportunities. Good sketching skills and hands-on knowledge of visual design methodology like story boarding, wireframe making etc. is an added advantage.

Essential Skills

* Certified course in 2D animation from a recognized animation school.
* Background/Degree/Diploma in fine arts/commercial arts/design/advertisement and other related fields is a huge plus.
* Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite and other necessary software.
* Excellent ability to absorb and translate the design intent, story line and visual design theme into Flash/AE animations, prototypes and presentations.
* Exposure to 3DS max/Maya/Rhino is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
* Attention to detail and thoroughness of approach.
* Ability to execute within tight schedule and business constraints.
* Ability to adapt to the business dynamics.
* Team playing.
