Relief Journey To Help Manipur Earthquake Victims
NEFIS VOLUNTEERS ORGANIZE RELIEF JOURNEY TO HELP MANIPUR EARTHQUAKE VICTIMS!
North-East Forum for International Solidarity (NEFIS) is organizing a Relief Journey to help the victims of the Manipur earthquake. The Relief Journey will commence from the Manipur University, Imphal and will proceed to Noney in Tamenglong district. NEFIS volunteers have decided to organize this relief journey as the mere sending of relief materials is not enough.
It is to be noted that this earthquake is one of the most severe in recent times. NEFIS will be therefore not only distributing relief materials to the victims, but will be actively involving itself in the relief work. The earthquake victims need physical help to ease their pain and loss. It is with this aim that NEFIS is sending its volunteers to the affected area.
