• Prepare design and layout for HVAC systems for Oil & Gas Projects, Clean room - - environment, Living Quarter Etc. .
• Responsible for erection and installation work of HVAC systems. .
• Able to assist in Costing and Review Quantity Survey..
• Prepare preliminary estimate information for HVAC projects..
• Coordinate with Clients and Regulatory Bodies. .
• Review Quantity Survey reports and verify. .
• Prepare variation claims and report to client. .
• Organize and prepare project management materials for field supervisors..
• Visit job sites with foremen and complete company responsibilities..
• Attend and update field supervision regarding project manager meetings on site..
• Monitor, inspect, and maintain company work schedules and materials for company projects..
• Schedule, oversee and inspect mechanical control and balancing work for specific projects..
• Various other estimating and project management responsibilities as required..

• Must be a Degree or Diploma in Engineering (mechanical) from a reputed University..
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Installation of Ducts, Chillers, Equipments, Chill water piping in Clean Room, Hospital, Oil & Gas or Marine..
• Good Experience in Estimation and Quantity Survey. .
• Familiar with Codes and Standards of HVAC like ASHRAE, SMACNA, DW 142 and D144..
• Familiar Heat Load Calculation, Air Balancing, Water Balancing..
• Familiar with Equipment Connections. .
• Sound knowledge in HVAC Drawing, Schematic Drawings, Support Drawings, Equipment Drawings..
• Familiar with Testing and Commissioning of systems..
• Fluency in spoken and written English..
• Having International Driving License is an advantage..

• Base Salary: SGD 3200.00 to SGD 4000.00.
• Annual Leave: 14 Days.
• Medical Leave: 14 Days.
• Hospitalization Leave: 60 Days.

• Must be a Degree or Diploma in Engineering (mechanical) from a reputed University..
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Piping Fabrication and Installation in Oil & Gas or Marine..
• Familiar with Codes and Standards of Piping and Pressure Vessel Work..
• Sound knowledge in P&ID, Isometrics, Support Drawings, Equipment Drawings..
• Familiar with Testing and Commissioning of systems..
• Knowledge in Test Package Preparation. .
• Fluency in spoken and written English..
• Having International Driving License is an advantage..

• Base Salary: SGD 2000 to SGD 2600.

• To analyse and estimate costing based on project requirement..

• Must be a Degree in Engineering (mechanical) from a reputed University..
• Minimum of 6 years experience in Fabrication or EPC Companies in Oil & Gas or Marine..
• Fluency in spoken and written English..
• Having International Driving License is an advantage. .
