Essential qualification/ Experience:
1. M.A in Social Work/ Sociology/ P.G.D.R.D from premier management Institution like TISS, XISS, IRMA
2. Minimum of six years of post qualification experience in program management areas in core Livelihood & components of Natural Resource Management having good knowledge of current policies and framework under related Government Schemes.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Program Management (planning, implementation, monitoring, supportive supervision and end term evaluation) of all existing and upcoming NRM & Livelihood Projects being implemented by the Organization in Jharkhand.
2. Writing Project proposals, business plans concept notes, etc.
3. Write Project Progress Periodic Reports and Process Documentation.
4. Liaison with different Government Department, private funding agencies and existing partners as and when needed.
Essential Skills:
1. Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
2. Remarkable leadership quality and
3. Ability to steer Projects independently.
Note: The position involves extensive travel to different districts of Jharkhand. Suitable candidates with good written and verbal communication skills with capability to work without supervision only need apply. Candidates applying to the position without having the essential qualifications and experience will not be entertained.
Candidates belonging to Jharkhand and having working experience in the State will be given preference.
Remuneration will be commensurate to experience and will be best in industry; and will be negotiable
