People in the Hill Districts deserve TET center

It is astonishing to see how the Manipur Govt. is becoming more and more incapable, selfish and prejudiced by the day. The present action of the Govt. of Manipur can be deemed to be responsible for any disintegration and disunity of the State in the near future.
Why were the forms for the TET issued only for a period of 4 hours and a half ONLY at Imphal?
Why the Govt. starts to issue form in the Hill districts only after heavy pressurization from the students’ bodies?
The Govt. of Manipur should have given equal and due consideration for candidates belonging to the Hills as much as they did for those in the Valley to ensure that people in the Hills will have no reason to feel alienated by their own government.
The biased action of the Govt. is indirectly creating misunderstanding and widening the already existing gap between the hills and valley people and hurting the sentiment of everyone in the State.
Is it necessary to appeal every time to the Govt. even for a small matter like this?
Is it necessary to call a bandh and meet the Ministers for this kind of small matter?
Is it necessary that the Hill Districts MLAs and other bigger organizations should get involved because of the actions of an incapable and short-sighted Govt.?
A State Govt. is not only for the interest of the majority but for all the people in the state.
If BSEM can conduct HSLC with many centers in all the Hill Districts, there should not be any technical problem in having one TET center each in one District Headquarter.
It seems your technical problem lies only in your mind and heart and not in the physical realm.
What is your technical problem? If there is any technical problems the people in the hill districts will readily assist you in solving the problems.
The demands of the people from the Hill Districts are genuine and if the Govt. is for BOTH the valley and hill people, and if the Govt. is keen to bring about overall development in the state they should not deny the hill people their due rights.
