5 years old minor Naga girl raped, murdered and dumped in water Syntax

Naga Students' Union, Delhi strongly condemn the most horrific incident of raping a minor girl of 5 years old Naga girl by unidentified person(s) at Mahipalpur, New Delhi on 17th April, 2009.
Gaipuiliu Gangmei live with her mother Aluna Gangmei at the resident of Mr. Raghubir Singh at E-34, Mata Chowk, Mahipalpur, Delhi -110037 under Vasant Kunj Police Station.
While, Ms. Aluna the mother of the victim was away to her work as a nurse in the Spinal Injury Hospital at Vasant Kunj, the minor who had arrived to Delhi for study came up on her building terrace to dry her clothes in the morning, however didn't come down to the disappointment of the grand mother, who later informed the mother of the decease.
The mother of the minor search around the resident premises and to the excruciating pains of the mother found the young child in the water syntax on the terrace at 1.45 p.m.
The victim bears the marks of strangulation on the neck and bruises on the body. The medical examination has confirmed the case of rape. However, the Vasant Kunj police could not apprehend the culprit(s) and neither FIR is lodge at the disistent of the Police Chowk.
The NSUD vowed to fight with the family until the justice is done, and the Naga Students' Union Delhi also expressed disappointment at the apathetic attitude of the unfortunate incident happened to the tribals of the country from the North East.
The office of the NSUD insist the authority of the country to take immediate step to nab the culprit at the earliest, and meted out necessary action to make the capital a safe place for the citizens.
