On Seeing the Present ADC Election Scenario

Polling at Senapati for ADC (Autonomous District Council) election on June 1 2015 :: Pix - Oken Sanasam
I felt the society has lost the mind of who is a political leader and who are the voters?
India is democratic country where every Indian citizen who has attained the age of 18 years or above has the right to vote.
Unfortunately, it was found that our loving citizens misunderstood or don't know the meaning of "right to vote". The right which says every voter has the right to cast vote to whom he/she choose fit for the common people.
The right which further explains, “Universal Adult Francis" meaning, “one man one vote”.
But, in the recently held ADC Election, I lost my right to cast vote due to a particular candidate's agents denial to all the voters to enter inside the polling station and they themselves make proxy votes.
What kind of system is this?
All the electoral card holders who came and stood in queue with smiling face for casting their right to vote, went back with glooming face.
This is all like amending the constitution of India by the citizens at anytime and anywhere at their own way.
Election is a system of choosing fit representative for the society but now it’s no more a system.
It has become a way of choosing representative for a particular clans, leikai, community, tribe, organization or religion.
I felt a more secured system of election is the need of hour like "online election system or online voting system" must be introduced else the problems of booth capturing, proxy votes, harassments of voters and agents, etc. will be a never ending problem.
If all the precautions are made by the concerned department(s) prior to the day of election, tremendous number of polling stations for re-poll would have been reduced.
Most wonderfully, well-educated pupils like those who are working as Associate professors in Colleges, Lecturers in Higher Secondary Schools, Primary and Graduate Teachers in High Schools are also found involved in these activities where they are teaching political sciences in the Schools and Colleges.
If these professionals are leading, how can those (who passed only Metric or below) will not follow them?
My Motherland has become a land without Mother who gives precautions and care!
Yours faithfully,
