Naga Peace Accord should not affect Assam: Gogoi

Terming the BJP-led Assam government as “courage-less”, former chief minister of Assam, Tarun Gogoi demanded assurance from the Centre that the Naga Peace Accord would not affect the state of Assam.
“The Naga Peace Accord has been kept under the wrap for so long. Why not make it public?” he questioned the Central government, which had signed the “Framework Agreement” with the NSCN (I-M) on August 3, 2015.
