NSCN claims breakthrough
The Telegraph | H. Chishi | Kohima, May 13:
The Centre and the National Socialist Council of Nagalim (Isak-Muivah) are inching towards an agreement on the integration of Naga-inhabited contiguous areas with Nagaland as the first step towards resolving the Naga "political problem".
A senior functionary of the outfit, who attended the closed-door meeting held yesterday between NSCN (I-M) and representatives of the Centre led by its interlocutor R.N. Ravi, said, "The talks were positive on the integration issue. We also discussed setting up of more designated camps in Naga-inhabited areas in neighbouring states."
