NSCN-K blames Delhi
The Telegraph | Kohima, March 1:

Several Naga organisations, led by the Naga Hoho and the state government, have asked the NSCN (K) to come back to the peace process but, so far, there has not been any positive response from S.S. Khaplang, who is the chairman of the outfit based in Myanmar.
