The year long dissatisfactions over their past leaders who have ruled upon them as their true and undisputed leader have thronged and poured
upon them a series of proven and unsuccessful stories of humiliation and
disgrace.
Which have suddenly manifested in the form of ECONOMIC BLOCKADE by a much known student body, the All Naga Students' Association
Manipur (ANSAM), behind the screen of June 18 Holiday.
The fact and the underlying root cause of this present crisis is a long story of acute negligence on the part of the political leaders who have
been elected from these constituencies and have failed both in the developmental and the social upliftment fronts.
35 long years of rule by these much renowned political leaders have left these constituencies with
no PHSC, no government offices, no proper communication and transports forget about electricity.
They have rather mobilized and accumulated all possible economic and material resources to fulfill and doused their
personal desires and to attained and assert their undisputable political status.
These so called political leaders have cleverly and politically drawn and diverted the frowns of these people towards the state
machinery and the merciless rows of blows fell upon the ignorant public in name of demanding their rights from the government.
When these victims realizes the reality and the truth god know what's in store for them?
All happened is happened, now the immediate question is our life line NH 39 & NH 53.
Should we still depend upon the mercy of some legalized anti social elements or should we safe guard and establish our lifelines.
When the giant waves Tsunami, which hit on December 26 left nearly 220000 dead in 11 Indian Ocean countries, the whole world mourned and
necessitated immediate aids.
Every known organizations contributed atleast something towards it, all benevolent government officials shared their
salaries for the unfortunate event. NGOs big and small came forward to mobilised help for the unlucky survivors.
Where has those kind, caring, compassionate, generous and benign NGOs, government salaried officials and the public gone? Our stomachs are
being sealed from all angles and more than 25 lakhs livelihoods are at stake.
The toll would be 10 times the toll of Tsunami if something is not done in time. Were those contributions of Kargil and Tsunami a fake or
was it to show that you belong to a different world or a different status?
Its time we all come together for a better and a brighter future.
I, on behalf of all the entire communities of the state of Manipur
called upon our kind hearted, charitable and benevolent sons and daughter.
To come forward to mobilize funds and resources by opening up hot spots in the heart of the capital and in all the district headquarters so as
to collect funds both in cash and kinds to rebuilt our NH 53, NH 150 & NH 39 (Indo-Myanmar Road) to a standard National Highway if not a Super
Highway instead of waiting for the govt. to do the task.
Lets us all join hands in initiating this inevitable task of rebuilding our NH 53, NH 150 & NH 39 (Indo-Myanmar Road) by contribute what we
can? Be it cash or Bulldozer or JCB or labour or anything.
Let's stop feeding others and learn to survive independently and that too not at the
mercy of others.
