My Journey Your Life
Okendro Khundongbam *
In many incarnation
Manifesting differently
I come for you
Like a shameless Cheat
You never try to know about me.
You recall me, looking
For me when there's no means.
Hiding myself in deep underground
Being friends with many Trees
Winging over the sky
And friends with heap of clouds
And go back to earth again
All is your holdings
Isn't It?
I played in many Lakes, rivers and ponds
And Stayed unloosen in the bosom
Me hugging merrily
Sometimes in the ditch and drain
And in the paddy field
The Peacook dance
Nong goubi plays in the rhythm
The Paddy fields raise the manures
The vegetation sprouting the buds
Happy, happy all are happy
They never machinate to anguish me
