Manipur's 'wanted' breaks silence, says police violating Constitution
Morung Express | Imphal, August 16 (MExN):
For the first time after being declared wanted, Manipur’s ‘Wanted’ Khomdram Ratan, former convener, Joint Committee on Inner Line Permit Systems (JCILPS), broke his silence and said police have violated the Constitution in declaring him “wanted”.
The government and the state police have violated the constitution by declaring him ‘wanted’, Ratan said at a press conference in Imphal West on Tuesday.
