Job Title: Operation Head – Play!
Reporting Authority: Director
Location: Mumbai
Salary: 7 – 9.5 lakhs P/A
Job Function: Business
Experienced: 5 to 7 yrs
Key responsibilities
- Ensure that Play! Installations across clients are operating as per agreed terms and conditions through in house service manager and outsourced network of support personnel.
- Anticipate oncoming problems / issues and proactively take steps to alleviate them.
- Constantly evaluate new technology and solutions in order to look at improving the Play! Service and capabilities or simplify the technical complexity.
- Manage SOS situations 24X7 keeping in mind the best interest of the client as well as our business.
- Manage the outsourced service network
- Work together with the client servicing team at the proposal stage to provide practical and cost effective solutions
Specific job skills:
- Technical Expertise in IT hardware as well as sound systems.
- Keen interest in keeping abreast of latest developments in above fields
- Ability to negotiate and strike deals with hardware suppliers and service provider
- Good team management skills with ability to manage internal as well as external teams
- Good, confident and precise communicator should be able to handle client service related distress calls.

Qualification criteria:
- Engineer / diploma in Computers preferable. Some kind of management education desirable

Key responsibilities
- To take care of (supervising) the progress and results in the inquiry of the project. To take, in time, measures when agreements or performances are changed.
- To take care of a correct, complete, in time information-flow about inquiries or projects to all persons involved
- To take care of an adequate documentation and order filing
- To take care of a complete and in time process of all projects in the computerized system.
- Specific job skills:
- To consult the Sales/account manager about an inquiry for a product. The inquiries are often in the first stage, but contain a description of the working of the display and a calculation. Besides new inquiries there also can be repeat-inquiries.
- To plan the inquiry in consultation with the prototyping department. To plan the activities in relation with the inquiry. It concerns primary design, construction and prototyping. The activities are discussed. To monitor the progress of the activities and correct in content as well as in planning where necessary.
- To establish, for the benefit of the inquiries, the construction, materials and other production costs
- To think of and realise the construction, to design and to specify the other components in consultations with the construction department
- To inform the sales department with a quick, rough, though correct estimation in relation with the technical practicability, delivery time and calculation of expense.
- To suggest the sales department for other solutions if the earlier offers can not be realized
- To discuss with suppliers about possibilities and call in prices with suppliers and negotiate with them about the prices
- To make accurate calculations from designs, constructions or prototypes, using the calculation form.
- To check and inspect the proto type
- To go over the project with the Sales/account manager and call in a delivery time with the planner.
- To plan and execute, if necessary, of work preparation, like working out the project, designing working drawings, making worksheets using the computerized system
- To, in consultation with the planner, determine delivery times for the purchase of goods and services
- To determine packaging for the shipment of the finished products
- To purchase the necessary goods and services and negotiate about the prices. To take care of optimal purchases, concerning price, delivery time, quality and delivery reliability
- To entry the purchased goods and services in the computerized system
- To watch over the delivery time of suppliers
- To check the incoming goods and semi manufactured (from suppliers and from the own factory building) articles for quality, quantity and delivery time.
- To take care of the complete and in time administrative process of the project
- To instruct the production prototype and check and inspect the production prototype
- To monitor the development in cost during the production process and when necessary to take measures when the cost exceed the budget

- Post-graduate in any discipline. Engineers will be preferred.

Salary: 2.5 - 5.5 Lakh P/A
Job Function: Client Servicing
Experienced: 1.5 - 4 yrs
Key responsibilities
- Servicing Key Clients by ensuring prompt service and delivery of products and services of the company suggested.
- Assistance in Account planning, management and client servicing. Will be required to handle existing accounts and provide extensive support in developing new ones.
- Making marketing collaterals. Also, includes liaising with clients and making presentations on behalf of the agency.
- Understanding of new market mantras to develop domain expertise
- Assist the team in conceptualizing and planning information intended to promote new and existing product launch campaigns.
- Coordinate with business development, creative and production teams
- Assisting in basic research, proto making ideation
- Maintaining MIS (agenda of meetings/minutes of meetings/ logistics report to clients/internal, etc)
- Creating communication channels with Retail majors, for successful media penetration & coverage.
