******************************** Policy and Programming Team Leader HDN is looking for a person who can lead its Policy and Programming Team with vision, creativity and energy. This is a key role in guiding the organization on global and local public health issues over the coming years. We are looking for an independent thinker with a seasoned and balanced knowledge of global HIV- and TB-related issues and players, a keen sense for emerging issues, as well as excellent writing skills to complement their thinking. The Team Leader must be analytical, strategic, opportunistic and particularly committed to ensuring the voices of those most marginalized are heard. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking health- and development-related policy, situation analysis and programming, designing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy and content generation. Other responsibilities include HDN technical publications and other information products, capacity-building at country level and team management. The Policy and Programming Team Leader will manage a team of six staff in Chiang Mai and will be responsible for 200 global Key Correspondent from 53 countries. Country Support Coordinator Asia/Africa, Country Support Team (2 positions) HDN is seeking to recruit two positions – Country Support Coordinator Asia and Country Support Coordinator Africa. The Country Support Coordinators will assist with the development and implementation of national partnership platforms on HIV and TB in their respective regions. The successful candidates will be excellent facilitators, coordinators and relationship builders with proven implementation skills. They will play the important role of providing support to the country programmes, ensuring country staff and partners are supported and that implementation is on track. The successful candidates will have experience working with civil society on participation issues and capacity building. We are looking for people with strong organizational and coordination skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities will include managing complex and diverse partnerships, ensuring high quality information, communication and advocacy platforms at country level, training in eForum management and moderation, overall coordination and ongoing monitoring. Editor HDN is seeking an editor to support the work of the Key Correspondent Team, providing feedback and coaching as part of the ongoing training programme, as well as coordinate production of larger publications.
