January Kite
Pukhrambam Kanan *
'The internal calls the thought
unkown whence'
when hope of reach you build?
Over the maidan, my maiden's presence.
A weary January! a weary still!
Oh sweet content; why mourn?
Of winds that no arrival.
How often have your heart born so pity?
here in quite interval.
'She's too resembled a kite lifeless' yet seeing,
all my man's soul ravalled alive!
Come see the wriggling face now sailed for life;
among the blue,
along the grey is in white i forever prefer.
Dazed a kite like; my maiden's happily prey.
Thine smiles to tears of joy infer or in I to be
a january wind for a january kite.
