India negotiating motor vehicles pact with Myanmar

Government of India is still negotiating for a Motor Vehicles Agreement with Myanmar for facilitating movement of vehicles across the borders after the opening of entry and exit land route, according to Sweta Singh, First Secretary (Eco & Com) & head of chancery at Indian Embassy at Yangon, Myanmar.
She was interacting with a team of Manipur media persons, who are presently on a week-long sponsored press tour in Myanmar to explore ways to improve relationship between the people living across the border in the wake of India’s Act East Policy, on Wednesday.
