I am a 2nd year MBBS student of University of Science and Technology Chittagong (USTC), Bangladesh. Here in Chittagong we have a very small community of North Eastern Students from Manipur, Assam and Tripura with a strength of about 150 only under an association NESAI, North East Students Association of India.
We have a facebook group named "NORTH-EAST INDIAN STUDENTS in USTC** "(https://m.facebook.com/groups/179187935444742?refid=27).
Today, on 29th of April, the NE students here are organising a short rally and a candle light condolence in support of the nation wide campaign for the justice of Richard.
Though it is a very small effort from dis small family of NESAI, we will like to convey our deepest heartfelt concern for the demise of our brother, Richard and stand united for the family of Richard, brothers and sisters, back home and out there in different cities of India, fighting for justice to be brought to him.
Justice is enroute to you bro!
Your soul wil rest in peace!!
We are also thinking of having a visit at the Indian Embassy to pass the memorandum to the Indian Ambassador condemning the brutal killing of Richard! Its the start! Justice will prevail! From this foreign land, we'll look into every possible thing we could to bring glory to Richard and his grieving family!
I'll update you with snaps n more news after the end of the condolence! United we stand for our brotherhood!!
