Horizon
Location: Shop no. 11, Lamphelpat Supermarket, Imphal- 795004
Speciality: Art, innovation, local entrepreneurship.

Ambience:
The moment you enter the pretty office/store, you have a breath of modernistic zephyr surrounding you. Set in an all-white theme, the shelves are arranged so systematically that you just know if anytime you ever want to collaborate with Horizon, nothing can ever turn out wrong.
The whole content is so warm and harmonious that even if there were a hurricane rotating outside, Horizon would be located in its eye and remain this calm and composed for you to be convincingly ignorant about any adversity. The soothing pop classics and local music in the background never fails you to hum along while you explore the wonderful square.
Decor:
Minimal and subtle, Horizon never fails to relish your mind and soul. The plain white backdrop and all white motif goes well for any kind of demonstration. The wisely chosen indoor plants compliments with their main theme of fostering incremental change. Set up in a cozy single room, Horizon's main office has been very judiciously planned. If you didn't know about the existence of Horizon and just passed around Lamphelpat Supermarket, the cute corner is going to grab your attention and you will end up standing amazed about such a beautiful space in town.
I just wish the store was a little bigger. Apart from this, they never fail to meet every query with satisfactory answers by creating a homely atmosphere. Talking about business collaboration for logo designing, invitation card designs, handloom crafts, etc will always leave you sure about your next move. Horizon makes sure to fulfil their customers' expectations from them.

Products:
Starting from a simple pen up to complex power banks, Horizon produces everything with a traditional mark. Their basic idea of uplifting our rich culture and tradition seems to be the theme behind their wide range of products. Apart from this, Horizon's main mission being 'to make people recognise and promote organizations who are contributing towards bringing about a positive change in the society' and 'uplifting local craftsmanship and entrepreneurs', is served well.
The firm not only exhibits artifacts by local entrepreneurs but also critically reviews about them in their magazine 'Horizon' with an intention to spread positive words to the general public. They have also played a great role in promoting local tourism and culinary arts, of course with a traditional twist. Their latest products features adorable handmade 'Nungshiba Dolls' by Precious Me Love, traditional tribal attires, embossed cards, laptop bags and wallets with an indigenous touch, etc. Their ever tempting designs of simple, yet elegant and classy invitation cards, envelopes, certificates, etc are something one can never get enough of. Also, cards for every occasion!
Supporting local business, they store wide range of products from different parts of the state such as a wild and unpruned variation of local tea by 'Forest Pick' from Churchandpur, naturally delightful list of organic sips with an indigenous touch by 'Dweller', healthy bounds of hair oils, essential oils and perfumes by "LOI's Essentials", etc. If you have heard about the exciting range of products but haven't really discovered where to get them from, Horizon is the hub for all. Additional:
Started off as a magazine 'HORIZON' in 2014, the franchise now has its main office in Lamphelpat and has successfully set up a mini branch in Classic Grande, Chingmeirong in 2016 as well which is evidently admired by tourists and visitors. Their magazine features inspiring stories of local business, craftsman, entrepreneurs and culinary hubs in general.
It is disheartening to learn that even after years of constant success and promisingly serving their motive, more than half of the population yet don't know about them. With a positive zeal of creating an impression about them, this article is written to draw attention from the people. Spread the word! Let the indigenous and traditional essence be alive.

Location:
While mostly everything is positive about the firm, the only thing that makes me sad is their location. While it was to be better if they were located somewhere near the centre of the town, they are calmly settled in Lamphelpat which in itself is an inconvenient travel because of the condition of the roads.
However, even after being located in mild outskirts, Horizon has proved that with true dedication, anyone can become successful. People today travel to France to buy paintings, Dubai for shopping. So why not till Lamphelpat to meet your carving for heart-warming local products.
