A state of 2293896 (Approximate) populations, with different communities, which once a peaceful state become a Holiday State.

If anyone of us observed carefully, the no. of working days in any sector in the state is less then 100 days, paralyzing many livelihoods.

Out of these 100 days, if you visit any government organization, without informing them you will notice less then half of the staff.

Different organization, without considering the public opinion for their own benefit, there is frequent strike and blockade. Do they ever think that?

There are certain livelihood that depends on daily wages. Living this aside let me brief, something else, the number of gunmen deployed in the state both legal and illegal is more then the individual living in the state, making public a sandwich between the two legal and illegal power.

Many lives become victims as a consequent of the two-power legal n illegal. The clash among the people supported by many public organizations in the name of serving the societies, results the lost of many livelihoods.

A small example how strong this clash have print to small population is that one day while I am surfing the e-pao chat, I used to see that there is communal talk in the chat room.

If statiscal survey, it will be on an average 3-4 lives are lost everyday starting from 1990 till date due to clash and over access power of both the gun user. But the victims are the innocent whose livelihood depends on daily earning.

But it’s a very right time for everyone of us including myself to aware of the situation, many student are not access to proper education as a result of less hour of working days, many subject that will be fruitful are banned on the state.

Many students who are taught by well paid teacher in the Govt School are unable to solve a simple mathematics. It will be an amazing day to everyone of us if we came across on any day that all teachers are present on the same day in any Govt School.

Promoting one’s identity is great task but minimizing greater opportunities is not desirable. No organizations are willing to comedown to the state, which will generate employment due to uncertainty of the state.

Many part of the world are in Gen X and Gen Y but we still live in Gen -Baby Boomer. Perhaps we don’t even catch up that.

An 8 yrs old child knows how to operate the internet, but if we take the survey many PG student in the state don’t know how to access the benefit of it. This is not because of their less awareness, but due to much restriction in the state, got less facilities to access on it.

We the 2293896 is right time for all of us to aware of the situation and lets make a Working State rather then a Holiday State. To all the owner of NH-39 and to all Blockade Management make the road free.
