Headway in Centre, NSCN-IM talks
- 33-point agreement awaits approval of Parliament

The Centre and the National Socialist Council of Nagalim (NSCN), led by Isak Chishi Swu and Thuingaleng Muivah, are inching towards a 33-point agreement.
According to highly placed sources, the agreement has 33 points, which are being kept a secret for now and is subject to the Parliament's approval.
"The consultation process among various stakeholders is on after the signing of the framework agreement by the Centre and the NSCN (I-M) on August, 3 last year," governor P.B. Acharya told the Assembly today.
