IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS

1. The Board started to issue a combined certificate and mark-sheet to the candidates who have passed the H.S.L.C. Examination w.e.f. 2004. The original Certificate-cum-Mark-sheet will be issued to the passed candidates only soon after the announcement of the H.S.L.C. Examination. No other original certificate or mark-sheet is issued separately.

2. The schools may collect the Certificate-cum-Mark-sheet of the H.S.L.C. Examination, 2019 w.e.f. 03-06-2019.

3. Provisional Certificate-cum-Marksheet for the H.S.L.C. Examination, 2019 will be issued to the passed candidates only w.e.f. 21-05-2019 on payment of Rs. 500/- plus Rs. 50/- as the cost of application form.

4. Unsuccessful candidates of the H.S.L.C. Examination, 2019 who want to sit the H.S.L.C. Examination, 2020 as regular candidate may be re-admitted to Class-X in their respective schools within 25 days of the date of announcement of the results.

The schools are to send the names of such newly admitted students to the Board within 30 days of the announcement of the results. Internal marks for these re-admitted students are to be entered in the application form.

5. Any candidate who is desirous of re-scrutinizing his/her the examined answer scripts of the examination under the regulation of the Board may apply in the computer generated form within 15 days of the date of declaration of results along with a fee of Rs. 1000/- (non refundable) per subject. No application after the expiry said 15 days and also without the requisite fees shall be entertained.

6. Candidates of the H.S.L.C. Examination, 2019 who appeared in all subjects but failed in one subject only, may appear, if they so desire, at the Compartmental Examination to be held in the 1st week of July, 2019. For further details, the eligible candidates may contact the Head of the schools from where they were sent up for the H.S.L.C. Examination, 2019.

7. No application forms for the H.S.L.C. Compartmental Examination, 2019 will be issued. Candidates are not required to fill in the Application Form, they are to pay the examination fees to the schools and the schools should submit the Statement of Candidates (which will be supplied by the Board) along with the fees to the Board on or before 20-06-2019.
