SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. The Board started to issue a combined certificate and mark-sheet to the candidates who have passed the H.S.L.C. Examination w.e.f. 2004. The original Certificate-cum-Mark-sheet is issued to the passed candidates only soon after the announcement of the H.S.L.C. Examination. No other original certificate or mark-sheet is issued separately.
2. The schools may collect the Certificate-cum-Mark-sheet of the HSLC Examination, 2015 w.e.f. 27-05-2015.
3. Provisional Certificate-cum-Mark-sheet for the HSLC Examination, 2015 will be issued to the pass candidates only w.e.f 18-05-2015 on payment of Rs. 500/- plus Rs. 50/- as the cost of application form.
4. Unsuccessful candidates of the HSLC Examination, 2015 may appear in the HSLC Examination, 2016 as external candidates. They are not allowed to re-admit as regular candidates.
5. Any candidate who is desirous of re-examining his/her answer scripts of the examination under the regulation of the Board may apply in the form prescribed by the Board within 20 days of the declaration of results along with a fee of Rs. 400/- per subject. No application form without the prescribed fee will be entertained.
6. Candidates of the HSLC Examination, 2015 who appeared in all subjects but failed in one subject only, may appear, if they so desire, at the Compartmental Examination to be held in the month of June/July, 2015. There shall be no examination of Additional Subjects in the Compartmental Examination. The eligible candidates may contact the Heads of the schools from where they were sent up for the HSLC Examination, 2015 for other details.
7. No application Forms for the HSLC Compartmental Examination, 2015 will be issued. Candidates are not required to fill in the Application Forms, they are to pay the examination fees to the schools and the schools should submit the Statement of Candidates (which will be supplied by the Board) along with the fees to the Board on or before 05-06-2015.
