Itanagar Feb 7 2010: The workshop for skill development on human Rights entered its 2 nd day with in-depth presentations from Mr. Babloo, starting with the exercise of the vision of Arunachal Pradesh. The House dwelt on the attainment of peace by fulfillment of the individual's needs and requirement. He then centered on the slow evolution of the concept of Human Rights.

Mr. Ramananda, helped us to locate the issues and rights within North east India. The repealing of Armed Forces Special Power Act (AFSPA) was brought to light which may likely be brought up in coming parliament sessions.
Jeevan Reddy report on repealing of AFSPA has been submitted to the Central Government, two years back. Miss Sharmila of Manipur who is still on her 10 th year of Hunger Strike was displayed in banner as a campaigning steps towards her freedom.
She is detained in prison by oral feeding being labeled with charges that she is trying to commit suicide. But the HR activists argued that she is still struggling and is so desperate to survive after the AFSPA has been repealed. Arunachal Human Rights Activists vowed to pray for her.

Mr. Babloo said 'Among all the listed 30 Universal Human Rights, there is limitations to ones right also which is very important and essential. The individual Human Rights are limited to the extent where the other person's nose starts. This means that the rights cannot be exercised beyond a point where there is trespassing of the other peoples territory. One cannot in any means exercise ones rights in places where other people's jurisdiction starts'.
