It was stone cold and uncomfortably numb in Manipur this Christmas. While revelers kept the celebrations subdued, relatives and friends bade a teary farewell to video journalist who fell to police bullets while covering the ongoing protests against the alleged molestation of popular actor Momoko.
Speaking soon after paying floral tributes to the mortal remains of video journalist Th Dwijamani, deputy chief minister Gaikhangam said rewards have been announced and the Union home ministry has been urged to ask the NSCN(IM) to hand over Livingstone to quell the volatile situation. He also appealed to the people to bear with the government.
